Help me please 35 weeks pregnant

Idk what i did what I ate but holly fuck since 5:49 this morning when I went pee to now I’ve felt the need to throw up 🤢.. my stomach is upset and I just have this feeling in my throat that is like I’m going to throw up but I can’t throw up 😭😭 I threw up the other day too it’s like does this shit never stop .. but it’s now more of the feeling of needing to throw up and feeling like shit and can’t throw up and it sucks .. anyone else experiencing this ? I’m also having a girl idk if that makes a difference
