Baby hates food?

Can't get my LO to enjoy solids. All he wants to eat is waffles and blueberry. I tried to give him pasta but he gags? Even if I cut it up really fine and it's nice and squishy. I also made him a grilled cheese and he gagged. 🤔 I cut it up into pea size pieces. I'm not sure I'm understanding what's wrong. He hates eggs. I made taco meat last night with some beans and corn and gave him some with rice and he threw it all on the floor and screamed until I took him out of the high hair. But If i give him blueberries he will sit and eat peacefully. I never offer the blue Berry's or waffles when trying to offer other foods because I don't want him to think "Oh if I don't eat, mom will give me blueberries" questions, Why do you guys think he is hating food so much? and 2, What are some foods your Little one is loving?
