Letrozole, trigger shot, and IUI success?

I am about to begin my second round of letrozole, trigger shot (pregnyl), and IUI (3 failed rounds of clomid). Any success for anyone after a failed first round? 🤞🏻

After a failed letrozole trigger cycle this time I was on injections as well!
