Epidural Pain PP

Y’all talk to me about epidural pain postpartum. I can barely bend without crying, and I feel like it came out of no where. I had my little guy 4 months ago via emergency c section and I felt GREAT after. Up an walking in a couple hours, minimally took pain meds post op, but needed help sitting up from the laying position. The past week any position where my back is curved - getting Emerson out of his crib or even just bending to kiss him while in my lap is excruciating. I had to take a couple of my post c section meds to get me through a few days because the heating pad wasn’t cutting it. Any one else have this or do I need to be worried it’s something more?
