Migraines?

Hey mamas! I’m 10 weeks exactly today and this morning I got the clouds in my eyes which brought on a stellar migraine. My OB told me I can only take Tylenol and not much of it to help. I used to get these a whole bunch as a teenager, but I’ve always been able to kill it with meds 😂 any of you ladies suffer from these that may have some tips on how to get rid of them? Mine make me vomit and put me down for the whole day.

Maybe try drinking coke or Pepsi if you can stomach it while taking the Tylenol 
I heard lavender oil rubbed on your temples helps a lot

Cold packs are the only thing that give me relief from migraines at 9w.

Yes!!! Posted something similar last week. I’ve had maybe 4 in my lifetime, the ocular aura kind, and just the past week alone I’ve had THREE. They suck, and it’s scary when you can’t see. 
I called my OB to tell them about the uptick in these and they referred me to a neurologist.

I have been getting these like clockwork every weekend for the past several weeks. I have no idea how to kill them since tylonol doesn't help so this is just a sympathy post. I get u and it suuuuucks.

I have had headaches that turn into bad migraines pretty much every day. They make these freezable gel masks that are nice in combination with tylenol but I have long term problems and had been seeing a chiropractor regularly but I haven't gone since I got pregnant so I'm positive I'm just way out of place...
