Sleep sacks/swaddles/etc.
Baby girl is 3 weeks old and we put her into her own room and crib two days ago. She was sleeping in a bassinet in our room but she's a vocal sleeper. She moans, groans, snores and makes random noises while in a dead sleep. Waking momma up ever hour for nothing. We tried bed sharing as she sleeps a bit quieter I'd she's snuggled. Well that didn't help either cuz she could smell me and figured she should be on a boob all night. (At one point she even tried to latch onto her daddy lmao)
So she was moved into her own room. Cue the mom guilt. Well first night she slept four hours straight and I woke up before she did and had to pump a bit of milk to take the pressure off my breasts! Second night was better at 3hr feeds. But she falls asleep nursing or being held and when we lay her dad WB she wakes up. She's usually swaddled in a muslin blanket with a second thicker blanket just laid on her body. Once she's out she's our but it's getting her down without waking up when set in the drip. Looking for recommendations on sleep sacks or other items that may help with keeping her asleep for the transition into the crib from being held.
