Something wrong??

So.. Me and my fiancé have been ttc #1 for a year now (no luck) I was on the pill before, and came off to tc but the past 5-6 months my periods have become really unregular, could there be something wrong with me? Should I just go to the doctors?

Couraged up to book a Appointment at the doctors this morning to see what they say, super nervous!! Hate the idea that someone could be judging me but wish me luck!

My birth control caused cysts on my ovaries (PCOS) that caused irregular cycles. We ttc for a year before I went to the dr and found this out. Seen my OBGYN for about 5 months before he sent me to a fertility dr. We did aggressive weightless as she felt that would help regulate my cycles. I lost 35 lbs and we are currently 7 weeks pregnant today. Your body and story may be different than mine, but it definitely would not hurt to make an appointment with your OBGYN. Birth control can do nasty things to a woman's body.

You should always go to the doctor if your feel like something isn't right. If you used to be regular and now you aren't, something has obviously changed

You. Most docs will start running tests and stuff after about a year of trying. He will probably make sure you're ovulating, check your hormone levels and maybe even your hubby's sperm count.
