Possible I'm pregnant?

So I had unprotected sex in June and my period came in late June and ended in early July but I've had sensitivities to smells and other hormonal imbalances. I went to the hospital June 30 about a week after I had sex and they did a blood test saying I wasn't pregnant, but was it too soon? Is there a possibility?
