I’m pissed

I’ve hooked up with this guy twice and the first time we used a condom (after he went half in and I told him to pull out and put 1 on ASAP. He did) the second time I asked him to put one on he doesn’t and given the position I couldn’t see until after. I’m on birth control IUD so I guess he thinks I won’t get pregnant and wants to do the pull out method. I don’t want STI’s, he claims he’s clean but most people don’t show signs. Why are some men so irresponsible? Now I have to book a trip to the clinic to get tested in 2 weeks and again 3 months. I’ve never been so disrespected. All I asked when having sex is to put on a condom and he couldn’t even do that...
