Ok so I know this has nothing to do with this app, but I can't find anything online and I need some advice.

I'm 23 and just met my spermdoner not even a year ago and I moved to a different state to get to know him, found out he's a POS and why my mom left him and never talked about him.

So I bought a vehicle and I have the title, bill of sell, and a temporary registration on it and I had it at a shop that my spermdoner hapend to start working at a little after and he told the owner that he would bring my vehicle to me since I'm his daughter, he never brought me my vehicle and had it locked up in his garage and refuses to give it back. I talked to the police about it and said it was a civil matter, and my spermdoner is now driving it around but there is no way for him to register it without a title, and I have a restraining order against him because he came to my house and put his hand around my throat and slaped me hard enough to send me back into my coffee table. So I can't just go get my vehicle,

Can I have someone else go get it for me? And technically he can't report it stolen because I'm the owner right?
