Hungry baby

I have a 3 month old beautiful baby boy. He’s 14.5lbs, happy and healthy. He’s breastfed in the day and for his last feed around 8/9pm he has a bottle then he goes to sleep. He sleeps 8 hours, most nights. The only thing is - he feeds every hour in the day. He has since he was born. He’ll feed for 10 - 15 mins. Is this normal? He has around 3-5 poopy nappies. It’s not a problem when we’re at home but when we’re out and about I have to find somewhere to sit and feed him. I’ve fed him in the car several times as there’s nowhere suitable to feed him. When will he start to feed less, if ever?
