HELP ME!

I really need help I’ve never had sex until I got with the boyfriend I have now I have given him oral unprotected and his has recently given me oral unprotected ( my boyfriend was not a Virgin) now he is sick and his throat hurts he is saying it’s just a cold but im really freaked out could I have given him a std or could he had already have one. When we had sex we used a condom and he didn’t even cum so I’m just really confused a scared.
