bc process ?

what happens when you go to the clinic to get bc ik it’s free but what type of paperwork do you do, do they ask questions, how long is the appointment, i just wanna know the process or your experience bc im thinking abt going but i wanna see first.

I’ll tell you my experience: I went to my clinic. I was 21 so I established care with a obgyn. I asked her about birth control possibilities but for my painful cramps. She suggested to pill to start with. She asked me questions about my everyday life; if I do exercise, how I eat etc. and mist importantly she checked my blood pressure and it was a little high because I was nervous and she said that if it didn’t regulate by the end of the appointment, which was about 40 minutes, she could not prescribe me the birth control. Thankfully, it stabilized and she wrote the prescription so I took my happy ass to the pharmacy to pick it up and waited until that coming Sunday to start! 
Also, depending on your age/ if you’re sexually active, your doctor might require or ask you to get a Women’s Health Exam which includes a Pap smear.

i went in today & was telling the doc how my cramps were really bad & she asked some more about my cramps. if they were keeping me from doing normal activities. she ended up prescribing them for me & i got them
