How to transition to a bottle

Any Mom`s out there have advice for getting a breastfed baby to take a bottle? He has been using the Medela nipple shield for 7 weeks due to being tongue-tied. I am going back to work in a few weeks and can’t get him to take a bottle. So far I have tried several different brands - Dr. Browns, Tommy Tippy, Advent, Nuk Simply Natural, Spectra. He just screams when you try and feed him with a bottle no matter how hungry he is. Any pointers would be great!
