Baby pulling off breast and crying

So my baby breastfeeds 6 times per day and gets a bottle of expressed milk once per day (before bed- makes her sleep 9 hours!) she’s 11 weeks old.

At the same two feeds every day, she is so fussy and hard to feed.

It’s the two feeds before her bottle, so around 2pm and 5pm.

She sucks as normal for around 10 seconds then pulls off and cries. When I put my nipple back in she sucks so frantically then cries again, it’s as if there’s no milk coming out?

She’s definitely hungry, but won’t latch.

Any advice?! What can I do to fix?
