Is he cheating????

Recently my boyfriend had a long list of women he was searching on IG (most of them models or whatever) but one name looked familiar and it was a female employee whom I might add is around my age and very pretty. He’s her supervisor....is that something I should concern myself with? According to him he has no idea how her name got there and states that his IG is connected to his contacts. Even though it was under “recent searches” please no judgement or rudeness. My boyfriend and I used to have great trust until all of a sudden he started lying about stupid shit.
