Low testosterone
My husband has low testosterone due to Klinefelter’s syndrome. When we first found out he tested at 168, one year later he tested at 198, then 6 months at 253. We’re super excited that it started to rise naturally. All he’s done is exercise, eat better, and take vitamins regularly. Has anyone else experienced an increase in testosterone using supplements? He started using Maca root powder, I read that it encourages your body to produce more FSH. Has anyone tried that before? Also could this help him produce sperm?
