Need help!!

I am 39+3, have been dilated to 3 cm and 80% effaced since at least 38 weeks(first check). Now I am 3.5 cm. I have walk miles, had sex, used a pump, tried castor oil, done ove 25 sets of stairs, at spicy food. I tried all multiple times. My Step daughter is only here until tomorrow and I want to have this baby while she is here. What else can I do to help?

Also have been bleeding since Saturday, went in for contractions, they sent me home because they were not close enough.
