We’ve been sleeping together for a year & he doesn’t want a relationship
I met this guy (who is 6 years older than me) back in March of 2017, and from the moment we hung out, there was instant chemistry. This was all new to me because when we met, i identified as a lesbian and he knew that. A few months later, we starting sleeping together and over a year later, we’ve gained deep feelings and care for each other. A few days ago I got really frustrated from overthinking things about us. I’m ready to commit to him and be in a serious relationship, but he keeps saying things like, “only fate can decide” or “if it’s meant to be, it’ll be”. I believe him when he says he loves me, but it’s statements like that that makes me think he’s just using me for sex. Also, when I bring these feelings to him, he says, “we’re friends, idk why you’re talking like this.” Thoughts?
