Anyone else’s nexplanon deeper at one end?

I’ve had my nexplanon for about 4 weeks and it felt evenly in my arm all that time, but I woke up with a dead heavy arm the other morning and when I felt my nexplanon one side seemed much deeper. The end closest to the insertion site I barely have to touch to feel it. Whereas the other end I now have to significantly dig to find the end. Bit concerned? I’m seeing a nurse tomorrow but I’m SO paranoid of it not working right or that I’ve touched it too much and it’s moved ugh
