Miscarriage 8 weeks

So I was 8 w 3 days but sac measured 5w2d I have bled since last Friday. Will I know if it’s complete? Like will I feel anything? I have clots but haven’t seen anything large or felt anything large come out...I rarely cramp when I’m on my period so I just didn’t know if this would be painful. Or I’d figure out I’m done miscarrying when I stop bleeding. I stop bleeding every night and it starts up again in the morning. Anyone have answers? I go back to my doctor in about 2 weeks.
