I know this number is in no way a guarantee of anything but after two years, one early miscarriage, and negative test after negative test it feels SO GOOD to finally get some promising news.

The future is uncertain but right now I am celebrating small victories. In this moment I am happy and hopeful, and that is so much more than I’ve had the past two years. Honestly, I almost don’t even recognize the feeling but I’m glad she’s back (and hope she sticks around for the long haul).
