I’m going crazy!!

Help me ‼️, I haven’t had my period in 4 months and counting. Last period was 4/23/18 to 4/28/18. Monday 8/20/18 i was prescribed Provera for 10 days. I just recently ordered “conception pills” to help regulate my cycles, help conceive and balance hormones” although my re said I was perfectly fine & it was just my periods that have always been off and irregular. I have been ttc for over 2 years now and no luck. The conception pills I ordered will be here soon. But I’m just wondering if anyone has taken them and what are you’re thoughts? Reviews were amazing and many got pregnant after or even before finishing the first bottle! These pills are like Clomid. When should I start taking them? I’m currently on day 5/10 of takin Provera.
