Rectocele

Has anyone had a rectocele that got better? and what did you do to help?

My little guy is 3 months old and I just found out about it a month ago. I've been doing everything the doctor said to do but it has not helped. She wants yo get me into Pelvic floor physical therapy but we are moving in a month so I cant get in.

I'm lost, uncomfortable, embarrassing and all of it is making me emotional.
