Vulvodynia/ vestibulitis

Anyone else suffer from vulvodynia/ vestibulitis out there who has suggestions to help with the pain.

I’ve been diagnosed with vulvodynia for 3 years and have tried pain medication and PT. they have helped a little but I’m still not pain free especially when I have sex.

I recently went to a new gyno for another reason and when I told her about my diagnosis. She completely brushed me off and said in her years of experience she has never seen someone of my age (22) with this condition.

I’m just so frustrated with doctors brushing it and trying to blame it on other infections. It’s so emotionally draining.
