Painful Pregnancy--Fibromyalgia
Anyone else deal with fibromyalgia? I'm 10w4d today and woke up with severe right knee pain. Usually it's good ole back pain, but not today. Any tips on pregnancy-safe ways to deal with fibro pain?
Also, fibro fog + baby brain = no memory whatsoever.
