Need your expert advice ladies!

Hello all,

A little back story, I had had one miscarriage before and then had my daughter about 4 years later. She is 10 months at the moment. But before all that I had irregular periods since the age of 16. Maybe a few time a year to sometimes once a year.

My husband and I finally got pregnant and bore our rainbow baby October 31st of 2017. For a while my periods were regular. But last week I had a "period" if you would call it that. No blood even when on the toilet but only when wiping. Also a very light pink color. And just enough to barely stain a pad.

Now this week when my period was supposed to be here, nothing. My nipples have been sore and I've been rather tired. Though i did take a test last night and it resulted in a negative, I'm concerned as to what is going on.

Have any of you ladies experienced this before? Having light spotting for a week before your period? Then not having a "real" period when expected? Is there a chance I could be pregnant? Today is the last day of my "expected" period. I don't want to have another baby at the moment but if that is the reality I'll feel blessed nonetheless. Thank you for any advice 💕
