Horrible cramps
I have the WORST cramps every period. I’m getting on birth control next month. I have taken prescription pain killers because of how severe the pain is. Does anyone know anything that I can do to relieve these cramps until i get my birth control? Common medications don’t work such as Aleve or ibuprofen as well as Midol and neither do heating pads. Help me please!!
