Very very very light period

My body always gives me a “you just started” cramp which makes me feel as though I’m about to pass out. So when I wiped, nothing but a super small baby pink color was on the toilet paper and only two small blood clots smaller than a dime, was the result of that feeling. It’s never happened to me and it felt as if this feeling was worse than the others. I’m gay, I have a 0% chance of getting pregnant and I’ve never been on any hormonal birth control. Any ideas?
