Vaginal Bumps

So this is something I’ve always had since I was little but Ive always been too afraid to ask ab it. I have these tiny little like bumps on the inside of my “walls” they don’t itch ever and sometimes if I squeeze one a little bit of white stuff comes from it like an oil bump u would get on ur face. It’s never bothered me or hurt or irritated me and the white stuff has no smell I’m just wondering if this is something I should get looked at or if it’s normal
