Heat, dampness and pregnancy 🤷‍♀️

Hi ladies. So I’ve been having an issue, definitely bringing it up with my ob Thursday at my appointment. Where my panty line is, only on my right side, it gets red, itchy, has some bumps and almost seems that it’s producing a clear liquid. Other side is totally fine. I’m worried because I work in a school with no air conditioning and its going to be in the mid 90’s most of this week 😭 Even with it being cooler the past few days, between the combo of sweat and increased discharge, my undies are always extremely wet before lunch! Any suggestions on how to stay as dry as I can down there this week in the heat and not make my issue worse!?
