I'm so happy !!! But confused

Ladies I had a MMC on July 15th at 8wks pregnant && I just now started my period. It took 6wks. I can now start ttc again. I'm so happy. But my hCG levels are at a 7. Is this normal is this okay ? So can I conceive after this cycle?
