help?

so I usually masturbate once or twice a day. I use a hairbrush handle. I haven't been masturbating for long, probably a little less than a year, I'm only 13. but my vagina started hurting and I bleed a little sometimes. I know its not my period, and there's no possible way I could've scratched myself. I'm really horny and I want to masturbate, but it hurts too much and idk what to do. is this normal?
