Capsaicin Patch for post IUD cramping?
Hey guys so I recently got the Paragard IUD. I've passed the "worst-of-the-worst-immediately-following -insertion-cramps"
So now... my period cramps have been worse (as expected) and I have been using heating pads (Thermacare- doesnt work too well for me). I have read the capsaicin patch works for some people for pain but my question is... does it work for period cramps?
What are some (if any) experiences with it? Yay or nay? Thoughts? Suggestions?
