U can pierce the bottom part of ur belly button I think

I'd look into the "floating navel" piercing for the bottom part.. unfortunately the top seems like it may be too complicating. I'd definitely ask a reputable piercer though

It’s about the skin above it. I think it’s a wee bit shallow there but I’m sure it’s possible.
