Is 70$ too much for a haircut ?

My aunt usually always cuts my hair but she moved about 4 months ago and I went to a salon and they told me 70 dollars for a haircut !!!! Is that normal ?? Lmao

I'm not sure how much a cut is but I feel like $70 is a bit much. when I used to go to the salon it would be like $170 for cut, color and blow out. I have a friend who is licensed and he does it in his kitchen for me for $100. same color, same length. I haven't been back to a salon in 4 years, I feel as if they rip people off tbh.

Depends on where you live. I used to pay $65 for a cut and blow dry at a high end salon in a well to do Chicago suburb. Color was an additional $65-80 depending on what was being done.
