Black mold

Ive been living in black mold for 5 years because my landlord never fixed it ive been bleaching and painting but its inside the walls and wayy too much for me to fix on my own. Well i went to the doctors today because codes came out and told me they know for a fact i have mold in my lungs because of how strong it is in my home. Lately ive been having a non stop cough with mucus sometimes and feeling short of breath. Well the doctor confirmed today i now have obstructed lungs and i have to be put on a asthma pump. ive always been healthy & i also use to run track so i know this is from the mold and idk what to do at this point or if i should sue or how to even go about this.
