Anyone else 14 weeks and not feeling pregnant at all?

I feel permanently stressed its only two weeks since my last scan and I am convincing myself that there is something wrong. I am so scared of loosing this baby after having three attempts at ivf. I am petrified. I know stress isn't good for me but I don't know how to cope I'm literally going out of my mind.

I am 14+2 and I don't feel pregnant either 😑 I go Saturday for my gender scan, and hopefully it gives me peace of mind.

I'm 14 weeks tomorrow.. I've had no symptoms besides being tired.

I've got a bloated tummy, but I had digestive problems before which led to me being bloated all the time anyway so it's no different to normal.

It's nice going to scans and seeing baby - and midwife lets me hear the heartbeat coz other than that I don't feel pregnant at all!!! I was really worried but now I think... I'm so lucky as some people have a really rough time of it :) xx
