Failed IVF and gallbladder

Hey ladies! How are you guys? After the failed IVF I took a break from here and I've been trying to catch up with my home, adjusting to my daughters school schedule & homework, trying to be more diligent with training my two Boston terrier puppies, working on my marriage, my business and now I got hit with yet another obstacle I'm scheduled to have my gallbladder removed in a few weeks. I've been having upper stomach pain for quit some time now. During the IVF cycle I complained to my doctor that I was having abdominal pain and all she said it was part of the side effects from the stim meds, egg retrieval and transfer. It's continued after I even got the negative pregnancy test. Last weekend I ended up in the ER and from there they found gallstones, fluid around the gallbladder which indicated I have an infection. This may sounds crazy but do you think the infection may have been the cause of me not getting pregnant? I filed a grievance today requesting that they do the ivf procedure over...
