Has anyone ever tried any type of skinny/detox tea?

I literally just started drinking detox tea. Tmi but as soon as I drank my first cup I had to use the bathroom. That’s my experience so far. Made my guts hurt

My friend tried it in college and she missed her whole day of classes because it made her go to the bathroom so much.

Within 30mins i get the worst abdo cramps that last for minimum 4 hours and i practically sit on the toilet for the next 4 hours too. Worst. I hate it.
