change in period flow?

is a sudden change in period flow something to be concerned about?

ever since i got my period (8 years ago) the flow has been pretty consistent but recently within the last 3 months it’s gone down to barely anything (not even sure if i’ve gotten it) and zero cramps. (i usually have really bad ones the first two days)

I’d love to just accept this as a blessing but i can’t help but be concerned. My periods themselves have always been irregular (still concerns me) but the flow is always the same and now i don’t know what to expect!
