TtC with irregular periods

I’m on CD 60.. I seem to have ovulated last Sunday/Mon and we were ttc. Got a pregnancy blood test on Friday because my doctor wanted to check and it was negative. What do I do.. got off Birth control in May and this cycle is just super irregular.
