What could this be??

So I have an IUD and I’ve had it for a while now. I’m 15 days late for what should Have been my period. I have been having slight nausea off and on. Never throwing up though. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night so hot I’m dripping sweat 😓 None of this is really normal for me. I’ve taken 2 tests both of which have been negative. Has this happened to anyone else??

This was me about a week ago. My boobs were hurting, I felt nauseous and dizzy. I took a test and it was negative. It was because of stress and not eating well plus I started my period a few days after. 
You should be okay if your iud is in place and you’ve been using condoms at least for the first six months of having it. 
Don’t be afraid to ask your gyno though cause they totally understand your concerns

I just stopped getting my period in general. You sound like you have the flu. But you could also be reacting bad to the iud
