Irregular shaped gestational sac, anyone had?

Doc said I may miscarry bc gestational sac is irregular. Anyone had this go on to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm about 5-6 weeks. Baby is growing but not as fast as it should. Go back next week for another ultrasound. Here is a pic of my us today.

They didn't say I might miscarry, but they mentioned mine being irregular shaped. ( I went to the er for bleeding). I am now 31 weeks. :)

My friend had been told for her daughter she might miscarry because the sac and everything was just very small and irregular, she also bled heavily red each month, but had a healthy baby girl who turns 2 in February:)
