Pregnancy?

Hi! I’ve been on birth control for years & recently stopped August 4th the first Saturday of my packet so I stopped in the middle of my packet, had a super bad withdrawal bleeding 7th-11th, and then didn’t use protection since or the pull out method.

So around 3 dpo my left boob hurt super bad, and then since both of my boobs have hurt, felt heavier and my nipples were super sore and my right boob had a little bit of liquid whenever I would squeeze it because I had these white spots developing into my nipples, I think maybe milk glands? As of today I’m 7 dpo and I just looked and my areolas were darker and now I have 3 bright blue veins on my right one I’ve never had before. Cramps have not stopped since ovulation day. Feel like period cramps like I’m almost bleeding but I don’t start my period until sept 4th.

Just seeing if maybe this is a good sign? First time trying to conceive & first baby ever!

Tested today 7 dpo & got negative 😔 but hopefully not getting my hopes up or trying to get them down. Just have this sort of feeling that I am but just want to get other people’s opinion.
