Help! Possible infection? Razor burn?

So 2 days ago I shaved just like I always do, a day later it started to get that itchy feeling which I expected, figured just razor burn but then I woke up and it’s just killing. Burning, itching, irritated to hell. No smell but hurts like a mf and super hard to tolerate unless I sit completely still. Departing going to the dr, just Incase, just don’t want to look stupid if it’s only razor burn lol
