Hey girls help

Me and my boyfriend haven’t had sex in a week due to me having weird pain during sex it’s a very sharp pain in my lower stomach I feel it with out having sex but during is just very sharp and horrible.

I’ve done two pregnancies tests and both negative. Haven’t had my period or any spotting since July 15 and I’ve been very tired and drained and I’ve been tested for lack in iron and it came back fine. I’m really unsure on what it is and it worries me
