cholestasis without itching?

Today I went to get blood work, I’m 34 weeks, and I’m wondering if there is still possibility of cholestasis without the itching? I’ve had itching but it was mild and went away with Benadryl. my other worries were bad right upper quadrant pain, by my liver I guess, darker urine, and lighter stool. I’m worried I could have this and I know I’ll find out when the blood work comes back but that won’t be for a few days.

The pain couldn’t be my gallbladder though because I had it removed last year
