Scared FTM, help ease my mind please...TMI photo

Today at work I felt like my period was starting. I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was bright pink blood. I’m 11 weeks and just had a perfect scan 2 days ago. I called my dr office and they said come in for an ultrasound. The tech did a scan and the baby was moving and heartbeat was 157. Was told no sex for 2 weeks and to take it easy this weekend. They said if I start cramping or it gets worse go to the ER.

When I got home, I went to the bathroom and seriously it’s like my period. When I wipe it’s brown now though.

I just want to know if anyone has experienced this and/or how did it all turn out? I’m terrified I’m going to lose my baby.
