Feel like I'm dying

So just recently found out I was pregnant I am almost 7 weeks. This is my 3rd pregnancy but by far has started to become the worst 😖. I feel bed bound, don't have energy for anything at all, can't eat can't drink have this weird taste in my mouth. I try my best but the nausea is killing me doctors gave me regian for nausea those pills are the worst they don't help and they made me tired and dizzy and gave me headaches. I'm kind of scared the way I'm going I might be hospitalized. It honestly feels like I'm dying 😞. Please anyone has any advice or has gone through the same thing?
